Holiday Inn Clark - Newark, an IHG Hotel

The Indian women that worked at the desk had disgusting attitudes. They were so nasty. They were not helpful at all and they didn’t hide the fact that they didn’t wish to accommodate me or help me with understanding any of the hotels policy. They need to get rid of them because they’re the first face that is seen when customers arrive. The men were very nice.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was really clean, and the staff was very courteous and professional. We would most likely return!

Extremely nice staff--we stayed here after being forced into an extra night in Newark due to cancelled flight at the airport. We called late, and staff worked to get us one of the few remaining rooms and to help us get to and from the airport. Room was clean, bed was very comfy, and hotel is not bad value for the area.

This hotel is always clean. It’s a safe environment. Staff is always very pleasant. I’ve never had a bad experience. I stay here whenever I’m in the area.

Near our son for when we visit. Very clean, well located for us. Last time we ate there food was quite good. But mostly the room was very clean, the bed very comfortable, price per night also quite good.
